Xcel Team Program
At Twist’N Flip, we are proud to offer the USA Gymnastics Xcel Program, providing athletes with the opportunity to grow their skills, build confidence, and experience the excitement of competition in a positive and supportive environment. Our coaches focus on developing strong fundamentals, proper technique, teamwork, and a lifelong love for the sport. From our newest team members to our upper-level athletes, we are committed to helping each gymnast reach their individual goals while creating lasting friendships and memories.
Special recognition goes to our 2025 Xcel Silver Team, who earned the title of New York State Champions by placing 1st at the USAG Xcel New York State Championships, a tremendous accomplishment that reflects the hard work and dedication of our athletes and coaches.
