In this advanced class, gymnasts continue to refine their skills while building greater strength, control, and confidence across all events. With a focus on proper technique and consistency, gymnasts work through higher-level progressions including more advanced tumbling, strength elements, and skill combinations.

Our Shining Stars class is designed for gymnasts ready to build on their foundation and continue progressing their skills. Athletes work on developing stronger technique, coordination, and strength while advancing through skill progressions on all events. With a focus on confidence and consistency, this class helps gymnasts grow, refine their abilities, and continue building a strong love for gymnastics.

Our Shooting Stars class is the perfect starting point for beginners ages 6 and up who are ready to jump into gymnastics in a fun and supportive environment. Gymnasts will learn foundational skills like rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and basic strength and flexibility through engaging stations and activities. 

With a focus on building confidence and having fun, our coaches encourage each child to progress at their own pace while developing coordination, body awareness, and a love for movement. Shooting Stars is all about trying new things, celebrating progress, and helping every child feel successful.

Our Rising Stars class is perfect for 4 and 5 year olds who love to move, play, and try new things. In this fun and engaging class, kids explore the gym through exciting obstacle courses, creative games, and movement activities that keep them active and smiling. 

While having a blast jumping, climbing, balancing, swinging, and tumbling, children naturally build coordination, strength, and confidence. Our coaches create a supportive and encouraging environment where kids are excited to participate, cheer for their friends, and celebrate their accomplishments. 

Rising Stars is all about movement, laughter, and learning through play, helping kids stay active, build friendships, and grow into happy, strong kids.

An independent class where little gymnasts build confidence, coordination, and a love for movement.

 Our Little Stars class is designed for curious and energetic 3–4 year olds who are ready to explore gymnastics on their own while building confidence and independence. In this fun and encouraging environment, children are introduced to basic gymnastics skills through creative movement, obstacle courses, and structured stations. 

Gymnasts will practice skills such as rolls, jumping, balancing, climbing, and swinging on age appropriate equipment including the floor, beams, bars, and trampolines. Along the way, they develop important physical skills like coordination, strength, flexibility, and body awareness. 

Our coaches use engaging games and positive encouragement to help each child feel successful while learning to follow directions, take turns, and participate in a group setting. Little Stars is a wonderful way for young children to stay active, build confidence, and discover how fun gymnastics can be as they grow into happy, strong kids.

Our Tiny Stars class is a special time for you and your toddler to explore the gym together while building confidence, coordination, and a love for movement. Designed for little ones who are just beginning to discover what their bodies can do, this class combines guided activities with playful exploration in a safe and supportive environment. 

With a parent or caregiver right by their side, children will climb, roll, swing, balance, and jump through fun obstacle courses and age-appropriate gymnastics stations. These activities help develop important early skills such as balance, coordination, body awareness, and listening skills all while having tons of fun. 

Our coaches lead engaging songs, movement games, and simple challenges that encourage toddlers to try new things and celebrate their accomplishments. At the same time, parents get to share special moments with their child and support their growing independence.
