Our Shooting Stars class is the perfect starting point for beginners ages 6 and up who are ready to jump into gymnastics in a fun and supportive environment. Gymnasts will learn foundational skills like rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and basic strength and flexibility through engaging stations and activities.
With a focus on building confidence and having fun, our coaches encourage each child to progress at their own pace while developing coordination, body awareness, and a love for movement. Shooting Stars is all about trying new things, celebrating progress, and helping every child feel successful.
